Shipping & Delivery: Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Fed-Ex and take between 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
All orders placed after 12:30 and at weekends will be processed the following working day.
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an items sent via Royal-mail.; Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries.
Privacy & Security: We do not disclose or sell any customer's details or information to third parties.; The information we collect when you place an order are transferred to us via our encrypted server.
All payments are secured via PayPal.
Returns & Replacements: All returns:
* must be sent within 21 working days
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
